In spring 2020, as the virus was progressing throughout the country, our main aims were to keep the school community safe as well as continue the children’s learning. Below is a brief timeline of the actions taken by the school:
Wednesday 18th March: Children sent home with work packs
Thursday 19th March: Whole school staff training on delivering the curriculum remotely
Friday 20th March: Trial runs for online classes with parents and children
Friday 20th March: Government announcement of lockdown commencing on Monday
Monday 23rd March: Online lessons began – for all classes
Here you will find information related to the school closure and remote learning, as well as the school reopening plan and measures put in place to make the school an even safer environment for children, staff and visitors.
